Batteries: Batteries are included but not guaranteed for all battery-operated candles.
Wholesale: Minimum for an opening order is $200 and for a reorder is $100. All wholesale customers must be a valid business (credentials may be requested), and we have the right to refuse business to those not meeting requirements.
Claims: All claims for damages/shortages must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
Refused Orders/Returns: All sales are final on our merchandise. A 20% restocking fee will apply to refused or returned shipments or items. You are responsible for shipping charges.
Back Orders: Back orders rarely occur. Orders of less than $50 will be cancelled.
Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice, and all items are priced per piece.
Handcrafted: All of our products are handcrafted; therefore, color and size may vary.
Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We must have a valid credit card at the time the order is placed. Merchandise will not be reserved without a credit card. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We do not offer terms.
Changes/Cancellations: All changes or cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the ship date, otherwise a restock fee may be charged. We must receive cancellation in writing via fax, email, or mail.
Photo Use: Our photographs are copyrighted and are not to be used by others in any form of print catalog, advertisement, or websites without permission.
